FW: Eliminating file name from combined PDF

Liz Goodwin had the answer! She suggested cropping the top and bottom
from the page (Document> Crop). That seems to do exactly what I needed.

Can you just crop the top and bottom of each page and use Constrain
Proportions? And use the Page Range "All" feature to do them all at
once?
