All: Two posts from Kristen have appeared without content, but her
reply to me did come through with content - so I'm forwarding a copy
of her mail to the list, and hoping this doesn't violate some taboo :)
Naturally, my apologies for messing up the subject line so badly...

Regards
Ed.

Developing Quality Technical Information: A Handbook for Writers and
Editors. 2nd edition.

This book, published in 2004 by a team of IBM writers and editors, is
based on the premise that topic-based writing is a hallmark of quality
technical information. This is hands-down my favorite book about
technical communication :)

Anyone else have any particularly good resources to share?
