We call these application notes and they are offered free of charge as a
download from our web site. Also, most orders ship with a "ResourceCD"
which is a compilation of our ap notes, brochures, spec sheets, and free or
demo software. We have also recently begun offering short tutorials on how
to do different tasks within our software as free downloads from our web
site.

Our customer support is free, and many customers comment that it's the
best they've encountered. We offer as much training and technical material
as we can, with the thought that the more info we can provide to the
customer, the less we get hit with the support costs.

Our ap notes are written by a variety of people -- typically an application
engineer who is the resident expert on the subject or for less technical
subjects, Marcomm.
