Um, wouldn't it be considerably cheaper, and quite a bit more private,
to just take a lawn-chair and a laptop (with wireless and a good
battery) up onto the roof?

I suppose a low flying blimp with one side covered entirely by an LCD
would be a bad idea too?
If so, that's really too bad. Just think, if you had the blimp fly in
arc following the sun's trajectory, you could tan while you work.
