Does anyone know what's involved in converting documentation between
different documentation formats such as XML, PDF and CHM formats
(programmatically or otherwise)? Software? Knowlege?

The job requires "converting IBM WebSphere Application Server, in WebLogic
or Tomcat."

This is part of a job description I'm checking out; I have most of the other
requirements.

What would I need to learn to become proficient at this? Is there similar
software that does the same thing, so I can determine whether I have some
basic skills that transfer to this task? Is knowing a HAT a good basis for
this? I'm familiar with Doc-To-Help.

Thanks!
