Similarly, it's only "good enough" when nobody feels it's necessary to
declare it "good enough."

Declaring something "good enough" really expresses an explicit
compromise or acceptance of less than what is desired. When it really
is good _enough_ for everyone, nobody needs to call it "good enough" -
instead, people call it "finished" or "done." :-)
