Hi Edgar D' Souza,

Thank you for pointing me to Keyworks [*]. I think the
KeyHelp software could be a possible solution
(http://www.keyworks.net/keyhelp.htm). There is an example of an
embedded help window in their software named KeyTools
(http://www.keyworks.net/keytools.htm) which looks similar to what I am
looking for. It is the window that appears when you click on the "HTML
Help Registry" hyperlink. There are some differences, though:

* The help area in the dialog is not resizable (cannot be enlarged
to the right).
* You cannot click on the window boder to open the help area (you
have to click on a normal button
* I dont' know if the help topic for a dialog control appears
automatically when you move cursor on this control (this must be
programmed separated, I think)
* I don't know if it is possible to link from the embedded pane to
the CHM file window

I will ask the company if KeyHelp supports these features.

[*] I think the link http://www.codeproject.com/KB/winhelp/html_help.aspx
points to software code which seems to be a precursor of KeyHelp.
Its from the same programmer, Ralph Walden.

Regards, Frank
