No fuss...doesn't it make sense that the more complex the subject, the
more important subject matter knowledge is going to be?

For instance, do you think that enthusiasm will be enough to be hired
when you have to write configuration documentation on MPLS Traffic
Engineering?

(I picked that because I'm currently in a Agile Iteration demo of that
feature as we speak)
