I won't presume to speak for the list owner, but it seems
to me that a message that basically says "s**t, I'm in the
job market again,. does anyone have any advice?" is
"discussing the job market," but crosses the fine line
to becoming an ad when the possibility that someone
reading might have any openings or opportunities to
offer is raised.
