Kevin's made some very good observations. I agree -- I posted my rates
as a contractor, because I didn't have to specify any companty names.
You have to dig a bit to post as a self-employed contractor-- the model
is centered around full-time jobs with benefits. I would have found it
hard to post if I had a full-time job at a companythat I would have had
to name.
In fact, for that very reason, I didn't submit a review. All my clients
have been small companies, and it would be immediately obvious who had
written the review. Even if I had only good things to say, which is true
of several of my clients, I would still feel too exposed.
