1) check tech forums for PDF Maker
2) con someone into converting it with Acrobat
3) save it as a version of Word format that OpenOffice can read, and
make the PDF from OpenOffice Writer. (conversion is built in, rather
than using external app. Don't know what code base they use.)
4) do the graphic some other way.
