A google search for "" finds lots of clunky kludgy methods. This one seems
the easiest and most practical:

(The Adobe forums agree that this isn't really possible; see
http://adobeforums.com/webx/.59b6bcac.)

There is a plug that looks like it could be part of a highligher solution:
Auto-Text from Silicon Prairie Software:
http://www.siliconprairiesoftware.com/Products.html. If anyone tries it,
I'd be interested to hear if it works as desired.
