Re: Enabling Web-based PDF reviews

I did not participate directly, but I watched a team member deploy and try
to support web based review. It was tough to get running, there were serious
gotchas (bugs and counter-intuitive "features" or behaviors or
lack-thereof), and support was weak. In the end the project was abandoned.
