Flare problem: Images not displaying in WebHelp

Hi,
I used MadCap Flare to build a WebHelp-based online help system. Everything displays well in Firefox, but none of my images display in IE. I submitted a support call to MadCap and downloaded a copy of my project, but have not heard anything else.
I also checked MadCap's knowledge base and tried a solution posted there, but this did not work.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks!
Gina
