Offhand I can think of a number of words fitting that
description that I would never want to use in either
technical or business documents.
If people in the targeted market for the product will
know "fraudster" and not have a negative reaction
to it, I see no reason why it could not be used. I don't
think I've ever worked in such a market, but there
are lots of places I've never worked.
