Smile, ungrit your teeth, and have another doughnut. Oh yeah, and be
sure to take notes -- sometimes, when people get hung up unnecessarily
on a minor point, they casually throw in unconnected bits of information
that could be useful later on.

I never try to "move things along" at someone else's meeting unless I
know my friends and colleagues won't be offended or annoyed. Ticking off
other people doesn't save me any time in the long run.
