I follow the maxium that management is what you do with things. With 
people, you have to employ leadership. I'm not a great fan of Ross 
Perot, but he has the same view. There is a vast difference between 
managers, and leaders.

It may seem like an argument over words, but words and their meanings 
are important. And the differences in the philosophy that is taught when 
employing those meanings is vastly different.
