The obvious thing would be to bill the sub to the client at $60 or so and
continue billing your time at $75. You need > $50 to cover the extra
effort you'll put in and the risk. If the sub screws up, you are responsible.
If the client pays late, you still owe the sub money.

Then think about whether you are doing project management and
could bill >$75 for some of your time.
