I guess I was trying to argue that you'd want both a power-user and a
product-virgin to review the hat, to cover the aspects that are
important to those different audiences. 

As a new user of a software tool, I want to know how easy it will be to
get up and running, doing useful work, and also how easy to find
not-so-basic elements when the need arises.

As a power user of that tool, I want to know, first, that the new
version has not broken all my hard-won tricks and shortcuts, then I want
to know what new, arcane, and powerful wonders I can add to my utility
belt, and what changes - if any - I might need to make to my current
ways of working.


I defer to those more knowledgeable.
