I hand-write all my documentation. I find it adds that personal touch,
and it allows me to just slop it up a bit rather than make up info
when the SMEs are out to lunch. The only problem is that I have to hop
from work station to work station with a dry-erase marker and a rag
every time someone presses F1 for help.
