I would rewrite the sentence to something like:
To control how tests results are saved:
[Do this...]
[Do this...]
I have a rule of my own to avoid starting sentences with THERE IS, THERE ARE. It forces me to think of a better verb and makes the writing more interesting and to the point, I think.
And I also try to avoid mentioning a specific number when describing features, processes, and so on to make the documents easier to maintain. Over time the numbers will change. Writers and editors will often remember to update the details, but then forget to update the specific number.
