Help development on WPF

quick questions--

1. Who's doing work in this area? That is, who's delivering help for  
Windows Presentation Foundation apps?
2. What tools do you use? Is Robohelp helpful, or is everything you do  
hand-coded?
3. Anyone using Expression Studio for this?
