I have saved/printed MSProject files in formats to allow
folks without licenses to see the full GANTT charts,
as well as other views. I did this on a weekly or
as-needed basis. I recall that it involved printing/saving
to an image format, as well as possibly HTML and PDF.

I don't have a license at the moment, or I'd be more
specific.

If the person with the license is willing to spend a few minutes
experimenting, it should not be terribly difficult to to provide
readable and useful files.

If that is not possible, you might find a solution for yourself
