Getting everything done on time is almost always the #1 "making a difference"
factor, along with making sure nobody but you knows which skills you have honed
to a fine art to get there and which ones you don't know very well and have to
bone up on every time (or craft your projects to minimize the need for). You
can "not know" a lot of things, as long as nobody can tell the difference.
