Interesting that Twitter, like most e-mail discussion groups, is
dominated by a few voices, with the majority being passive receivers
of information. That's probably good news if we want to use it to
"push" information to our audience, though writing that information in
140-character chunks might prove challenging*. On the other hand, the
high rate of people who don't return is discouraging. As in other
forms of communication, we have to give them a good reason to return.
