I apologize for coming in so late on this one, but I haven't seen this point
made yet, and it's the very reason I do not use pronouns in résumés.
Pronouns are entirely unnecessary. The reader already knows who the document
is about.

The pronoun is implicit throughout, so explicit ones become an irritation
and a waste of the reader's cognizant processes. (“I _know_ it was you who
did that.”)

Many résumé readers do find such superfluous words irritating, especially
when reading document after document after document full of "I, I, I". Yes,
please, clean up the language and streamline wording.

Also, as Erik Hare mentioned, past tense is not the same as passive voice.
Use it, unless you still perform those functions. It's less jarring for the
reader and less awkward for the writer.
