The following have been mentioned on Techshoret, Word-PC, and TECHWR-L:

* RibbonCustomizer ($30)
<http://pschmid.net/office2007/ribboncustomizer/index.php>
* Classic Menu for Word 2007 ($16)
<http://www.addintools.com/english/menuword/>
* ToolbarToggle Lite ($13) <http://www.toolbartoggle.com/>
* Word Menus Startup Template (free)
<http://www.indelibleink.com/WordMenu.html>
* UBitMenu ($14.16) <http://www.ubit.ch/software/ubitmenu-languages/>
* Word Menu-2003 (free)
<http://in.geocities.com/shahshaileshs/menuaddins>

I haven't tried any of these, so I can't vouch for them personally.
Also, Christine Kent (the Word 2007 guru) urges us to just dive into
Word 2007 and never look back... but I haven't tried that, either. :-)
