RE: TOC field frustration

This TOC messup is a known and annoying bug.  There are evidently
several possible causes, but the most common one is opening the doc in
Reading Layout.

Last time I looked there was some patch to Word that purported to fix
it, but in my experience it does not.

So just have the recipient update the TOC.  And avoid Reading Layout.
