RE: Watermarks in Acrobat PDFs

Setting it in front of or behind the page doesn't seem to have any
effect. The best solution I've been able to develop is to insert an
image of the word in the background layer of a Word document, convert
that to a PDF, and use that PDF as the watermark image.
