RE: IBM Style Guide, 2009 edition

It's great to see an old friend, even if it's missing a few pages... My
previous Sixth Edition (November 2004) begins with a fancy cover page, a
few pages of disclaimers and trademarks, etc. This 2009 download begins
with the TOC -- probably just an oversight.
