Two adjustments you can make are to decrease the gamma and to increase
the saturation. Both of these adjustments make colors darker and more
intense, and both are available under SnagIt's Effects>Color
Correction controls.

You probably want to process all of the screenshots in exactly the
same way. If you've already captured a bunch of screens without color
correction, use SnagIt's batch conversion feature (I'm not currently
using SnagIt, so I can't guarantee this will work). You could also
create an action in Photoshop or use the batch conversion feature in
Irfanview (which is free).
