Sarah, I do not know that much about market conditions and communication
with the technical communication segment of the market in China and
Shenzhen. However, in the not-too-distant-past, Technical Communication of
STC had an interesting story on this very topic.

I might well be able to help you with my Mandarin Chinese-related expertise.

Also, I am not too busy with my freelance communication business at this
time (I do get the occasional editing,  translation, or illustration job),
and, if warranted, your company could engage me for this matter
specifically, for a few months or longer. I do not travel.
