Bigger question: why on earth is the EULA updating so often? That
should be and almost certainly is created by your legal department,
not the developers. I've never seen one change more than a couple of
times a year.

Also, I've never seen anyone include the EULA in a .chm. Typically
it's in the top level of a program directory as license.txt or
something like that. But if it has to be in the .chm, get on the
distribution list from legal, so you get the updates directly.
