I create all my end-user documentation in DITA (using Serna), and output it
to PDF and WebHelp for our web-based application. I'm a lone writer and the
single-sourcing benefits make my job possible at all, with the volume of
output for each software release. I also get my DITA content translated to
Simplified Chinese, and the process has been very smooth using XML content.

I am now getting our training department up and running with DITA, so they
can reuse some of my content and graphics in their materials.

So yeah, good experience here.
