ADMIN: Head's up on a few things

All, 

Just a quick early head's up that we'll be moving the TECHWR-L
server to a new colocation facility later this month. The 
exact time hasn't been scheduled yet, but we'll communicate
that when we know it. There should not be much downtime 
associated with this move, but, as always, there is the
potential for problems. 

In other news, we're looking at some site redesign/restructuring
to provide for better access to the content. Again here, look
for more information later in the months. 

Finally, if you haven't taken a close look at the Premium
Announcements lately, you probably should--there are some 
pretty good deals there, on several fronts.
