Yeah, exactly. In some IT departments, if that happened when they were
evaluating the software, that would be grounds for not adding it to
the company's approved software list.
It's hard for me to imagine how MadCap could ship that without someone
catching the problem. Maybe MadCap outsourced the feedback project to
India or somewhere and neglected to put opt-in among the requirements.
That could also explain why they didn't fix it immediately.
