But where would you put such a note that users will see it? Typical
PDF usage, somebody opens the file and searches for a keyword, or
drills down the TOC. If the PDF is on a Web site, they may go straight
to a page in the middle of the document.
You could put it in an "about this document" topic, but how likely is
it that a user would look there when encountering a printing problem?
