TechWhirl (TECHWR-L) is a resource for technical writing and technical communications professionals of all experience levels and in all industries to share their experiences and acquire information.
For two decades, technical communicators have turned to TechWhirl to ask and answer questions about the always-changing world of technical communications, such as tools, skills, career paths, methodologies, and emerging industries. The TechWhirl Archives and magazine, created for, by and about technical writers, offer a wealth of knowledge to everyone with an interest in any aspect of technical communications.
As others have pointed out, a good many printers also do this natively.
I've had three HP All-in-Ones over the years, and I believe all of them
have handled booklets well. Since the OP mentioned having Word, yet
another option may be open if MS Publisher also happens to be available.
There's decent booklet-printing capability in the last two or three
versions of Publisher.

I've used the small business templates for Word provided on HP's site in
the past.
Unfortunately, I don't see a booklet template, but I thought I'd pass
the link along to techwr-l anyway. I like what they provide for
brochures and flyers.
