Blogs and wikis are both presentation formats. Often they have
integrated editors but they don't always force you to use them. When
they do I usually compose in my favorite text editor and paste.

A blog is primarily a reverse-chronological sequence of posts. A wiki
is a free-form set of topics and theoretically should support standard
wiki markup tags.

There's so much overlap between blogs and wikis that I don't think
it's worth spending time debating the finer points. You can and people
often do present the same set of pages both ways.
