That is not Microsoft's recommendation -- that is Help Scribble's suggestion. I believe
Microsoft's recommendation is that you run CHMs locally.
If you read the KB, Microsoft provides work-arounds that include editing the registry, with
warnings that you should do so only if absolutely necessary.
