I did send it out a couple of times and my boss brought up in his management
review meetings that people aren't giving me feedback (he is very
supportive). And I really haven't gotten beat up yet. I think I'm coming
from a "this is what has happened to me in the past" kind of viewpoint.
I guess I'll just wait and see. My boss knows it's an issue. I'm not worried
about him as much as I am worried about my image in the company, which at
the moment is pretty good from what I can tell. :)
