Does anyone have any information on the whereabouts of this elusive
guide? Apparently, it was at one time available here --

And then it wasn't. I've run across several messages to the list having
to do with people hunting it, but none (so far) regarding anyone finding
it. Does anyone happen to have a copy they wouldn't mind sharing?
