I once worked where Tech Pubs was called "Customer Learning."
We merged with the newly fledged User Experience department to become the CLUE team, which was excellent fodder for jokes. But I still like CLUE as a department name. It fits what we do.
Then the training group became part of the department. We started calling it CLUETrain (and posted the Cluetrain manifesto).
I have always resisted putting any titles on my business cards, because what I like to call myself changes depending on context. While I was at Apple, though, I had one that said "Wordsmith at Large."
