Gene's right. If someone is going out of there way to make your work life
miserable, then you have two options...get another job or solve the problem.
For the most part, the people described in this thread have a blusterous
front, but no back. Having management "solve" your problem will only make it
worse. The only way to stop it is to stand up to these people and let them
know that the BS isn't going to make it, then ignore their garbage. If you
allow them to upset you, then they'll never stop upsetting you. You won't
gain their respect, and they'll keep trying to needle you, but it only works
if you let them get under your skin.
