I've seen a contracting firm's representative "edit" candidates' resumes 
to fit the company's standard template.  I wouldn't have minded so much if 
the "editor" in question hadn't added spelling and grammar errors.  Not 
the best possible way to represent a candidate for a technical writing 
job...
