It's FastStone Capture for me. Cheap, fast, lightweight, versatile, and
just enough "features" to remain that way.

Anticipating the usual debate over the value of full-screen captures, by
the way, I think they are, most of the time, a pathetic attempt to
gussy-up badly written user instructions.

Just show them the thing they need need to act upon and JUST ENOUGH of the
screen geography (a single window border or corner is almost always
enough) to establish where they should look for it. And don't waste page
space reproducing empty screen backgrounds.

My opinion, of course (like, whose else would it be?)
