Wink is a free program available for Windows or Linux that makes
constructing software tutorials easy, with Flash output.

Thus far, my favorite program for this purpose has been Camtasia
Studio, but I think Wink may well be worth checking out--especially if
you distribute docs electronically and want to show rather than tell.
