Call your HR and find out if your company is a subscriber/participant in the Radford surveys. If the answer is yes, throw out all other reference suggestions, because that's what your company's job descriptions and compensation ranges are based on (the data drills down to specific industries and regions, rather than just providing a useless average across "the whole lump of us"). No company management that is remotely competent pays for Radford data and then doesn't use it.
