Hi Whirlers,
Our products (telecom HW) can be configured using a terminal emulator (CLI/menus) or using a network management application (GUI), that needs to be bought separately. Some large clients prefer configuring with their own management system, for which their programmers need some very specific technical info from us. This info comes in a neat Provisioning Guide we provide. So my question is, does your company charge clients for this (or similar) type of information?
