I wonder how Google will feel about the warning that will now have to be
included in every version of WebHelp produced around the globe: "Google
Chrome does not support online help when the online help run from a CD
or DVD. Please use an alternative web browser such as Internet Explorer,
Firefox, Safari, or Opera."

I just received a comment on my reported issue. It appears that this
break in functionality was by design as a security enhancement. I
don't think we're seeing a fix, folks.
